"I had a gel manicure and express pedicure with callus removal. Did not receive a hand massage or leg/foot massage while getting my nails done. The whole reason why I chose the express pedicure over the basic one was so I could receive a light massage - I was given this last time I came. Instead, lotion was rubbed into my legs for 5 minutes with flat fingers. Lotion for my hands were only put on the back part of my hand, not even on my fingers. She only allowed me to have wax on my feet for 3 minutes (I timed it). What exactly is done in 3 minutes? The women next to me received hand massages and I did not. She only used a tip of her finger when applying the lotion (small amount). The tip of my fingers and around my nails still have gel nail polish on them - she did an incredibly sloppy job and did not clean them up. She did not push back my cuticles on my left hand, I’m assuming it’s because there was a line of people waiting (I had an appointment) and she stated to another employee that it would only take her 15 mins to do my gel manicure (it took her 12). She only put 1 coat of nail polish on my toe nails. I am extremely dissatisfied with my nail technician’s work. I haven’t been able to get my nails done in over a year due to being in nursing school, and this was my graduation gift. $82 for this awful service is a complete joke and borderline theft. I would’ve gladly paid the full price had I received what I paid for… with the service I received I probably would have paid $35 total. Now I have to go home and buy nail polish remover to get this nail polish off of my finger tips. What a joke. I was hoping to rent out this salon for my bridesmaids and I to have a spa day, and now I will not. I will not be returning for future appointments."

"I went here couple times. First of all the front desk lady she didn’t even greeted me. Very poor customer service. She didn’t offer me anything. However, I saw here offering snacks or drinks to others, and treated me as I am in a wrong place or never had my nails done. This is lady with half colored hair work in 10/12 at 2pm. Very disappointed at the hole customer service. Only nice thing is the one she switch her in the afternoon was more pleasant. I share pictures of my nails too what I requested and what I got, I specifically ask for some more experienced. Cause it was for my son birthday. Not sure if I want to go back. The guy who did my nails was in his phone the hole time he was doing my manicure. He told me prayer time I don’t know what that meant. The owner or manager was there I don’t if this is ok to watch something on your phone. While doing someone nails. Very unprofessional."

"My nail tech was David, he did an acrylic fill in full set for me and he was amazing! The shape was perfect and he matched my nails to the picture I showed him exactly, he had my full set done in an hour and it looked great. Definitely recommend David!"

"I’ve been going here for a couple months. It took me awhile to find MY person. I finally found someone that knows my style and the details I’m into. I see Nancy at all my appointments! She’s AMAZING! I show her a picture of what I want and she nails it on the dot! Now don’t get me started with the Salon itself, they have a variety of drinks and snack you can have during your appointments. And they celebrate your BIRTHDAY! So cute! The reason I decided to write a review today was because something so special happened at my appointment. The owner, I’m not sure if he’s the owner but the male that’s always making sure the clients are satisfied, he walked me to my car with an umbrella because it was pouring by the time my pedicure was done. That was a very touching act of kindness. This place is great, I recommend it 100x!!!"

"My friend and I go here when ever we are in town at the same time! Nails always turn out great (only complaint is that sometimes the color you pick dose not match the color in the bottle)! We went for my friends birthday and the owner gave us champagne and surprised her by singing happy Birthday and giving both of us celebratory ice cream! GREAT place, would suggest to any one who wants some classic nails!"
