"I've been a cardholder and shopper with Victoria's Secret for a long time and have aways shopped at this location but today I received the absolute worst service! After getting my items I enquired about the fitting rooms and the floor attendant (ALEX) acted as if I was bothering her. I didn't think much of it but it only got worse when I was ready to check out. The items I got were closer to the front where a small checkout was located so I again enquired if I could checkout there, to which Alex shrugged and said yes. While checking out I had some additional questions because I did not have my credit card present. She proceeded to answer with the same attitude she had throughout....like I was literally begging her a favor to assist and simply process the checkout of my purchases....you know, actually do her job! This is quite disappointing because this is a good location but the total lack of customer service and rudeness from this staff member is a deterrent to keep shopping here."
"A few minutes before 6 pm today on Friday evening today there was a very rude young lady at the register who told us to get help from somebody else and then proceeded to help a lady behind us. Then when our coupon wasn’t accepted she just waved her hand at us and told us to have a nice day and turned her back. This person is rude and awful. Not what I usually expect from VS. Everyone else was great. She really shouldn’t be working here. Absolutely awful experience because of her rudeness. Total lack of customer service from her. The older lady behind the register was wonderful. This younger lady was awfully rude. Still surprised by it."
"The ladies in VS are always so very helpful. With this visit and like the others, customer service was great on the floor, fitting room, and at checkout. I had my daughter with me. She pretended that the dressing room that we were in was a home. It was sweet how the attendant played along in conversation. You can't beat graciousness and genuine friendliness and compassion. The store is always neat. Because my visits are usually specific, and I'm usually in and out and I love it."
