"I purchased a used bike from a facebook seller and it needed worked and I mean real work. The price was reasonbale though. I searched for the nearest trek bike shop in my area because the bikebwas a Trek so it made sense to find the Trek experts. This way i know if the bike needs something they would have it or get it. Once I arrived I was greeted and assisted immediately. The staff showed concerned and eagerness to resolve my delimma. I was educated and suggested on products that would benefit me so that I wouldn't get any chaffing around my you know where lmbo. Once the bike technician examined my used purchased it was determined and suggested I just purchase a new bike similar. And as it turns out they were correct. The price I paid for the used bike plus repairs added with accessories exceeded the price for a newer bike. So, I decided to get a new bike with the colors I wanted since unfortunately Trek does not personalize lower scale bikes. They allow you to test ride the bike and set it up for you so that you make get a true feel and experience to determine if you are comfortable with the bike. I'm happy with my purchased and couldn't wait to share it with my buddies who ride. They have every gear you need including a bike rack for your trailer hitch if your vehicle is equipped. I have a pickup so I just laid it down in my flatbed and strapped it down. I am going back to get a bike rack for traveling when I get a chance because theybhad some pretty convenient options to choose from. Well that's my review and I hope it helps you decide."
