"My husband and I walked in to do a return or exchange for FIVE pairs of shoes ordered online. Our preference was to exchange for larger sizes or purchase sizes that we needed. There was one person working the floor and one behind the register. Neither spoke as we walked in or asked if there was anything they could help us with. The store had maybe three other patrons with children in there. When stated we we’re looking to do an exchange or return the young girl immediately said, “We don’t have these shoes in stock”. Which would have been fine if I had taken the boxes out of my bag first. I told her we would do a return. Even though she was wearing a mask I could still hear her huff loudly. I do not intend to EVER return to this store. This is not the first time associates have been rude. To be fair there is an older gentleman who I believe is the manager. He has always been courteous and helpful. Spend your money elsewhere."

"No customer service whatsoever. No greeting or how can I help you from 3 associates. Looked for an associate after finding a shoe and one was on the phone and had been on the phone since I entered the store. The other associate had just walked out on the floor as I was about to approach him he went to the back (he didn't return to the floor). So I decided to wait for the person at register who was helping a customer. When the customer got on her phone and went to sit down the associate still did nothing. She just stood there looking at the customer she was trying to help. I was just about to ask her about the shoe and I decided I was done then because I don't have time to spend money in a store where they can not even help me. If you are to interact with customers then have some training for your associates."

"Customer service here is the worst I've ever seen. They take your money when you want to order shoes and you get no type of follow up with them. They expect you to call customer service and get the shoes even when the shoes come in to the post office, right across the aisle from them. Their customer service is laughable. They need so help. And they talk to you like you are beneath you. After the transaction that my husband just did, we will never be dealing with them again."
