"Our Ross usually has a pretty good selection of items. When entering the store it looked like the store had not been straightened out in a while. The checkout line was almost to the back of the store, so the 1 item I managed to find stayed on the shelf."

"My first time visiting this particular location and I was appalled at the behavior of one of the associates that was working there. She was on her cell phone talking very loudly and using all kinds of profanity. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional for someone representing your company. No regards for the customers and children that was in the store. This was after 7pm on Sunday October 29th. I will not be visiting this location in the future"
"Customer service from the manager was at a zero. He was mopping an entrance way at 9:00 a.m. in the morning while you have a high volume of customers coming into the store. This is slip and fall waiting. Also I had to use the restroom and the restroom looks nasty at 9am in the morning. I advised the manager . He turned his back to me and walked away."
