"Poor management. The “store manager” needs to get some management training. Zumies in Springfield Va has friendly staff and no issues, but this one with this kind of Manager needs to hire new staff and train the manager."
"Today I was incredibly appalled due to a horrifying conversation I’d overheard as I was visiting the store to look for a gift for my son. I heard what I assume to be an employee (a little on the heavier side, caucasian woman, with black hair with pointed bangs) tell a customer that she didn’t have “enough chest” to fit a top. I was absolutely disgusted. I found this to be absolutely disgusting behavior especially coming from a store with such an inclusive environment. If I were corporate I would investigate this type of behavior and talk immediately before it gets out of hand, because from the looks of it she was very comfortable body shaming a paying customer."

"Do yourself a favor and don't let them touch your board. They lost my washers and wrecked some of my screws while trying to drill them in. Also, My screws were sparkling and my board was fine but they tried to convince me that my screws were rusted and that I needed a new board. Don't fall for their dishonest sales tactics and careless "services"."
