"Went here about 3 years ago and did not find what I wanted. I went again and they have VASTLY improved their selection of size 13+ shoes. Normally my choices are very few but there were nearly a DOZEN shoes just in the running/walking category to choice from and I saw nearly half of all shoes, boots, etc there had 13+. I buy shoes roughly every six months and Shoe Dept. Encore has now become my first spot when looking for new shoes."
"I used to shop here consistently. This last time I bought a pair of dress shoes and tried them on when I got home. Not worn, scuffed, or damaged in any way. I ended up not wearing these shoes. So this visit I asked if I have a bank statement showing my purchase if i could just return for a smaller size. She told me no way. That the shoes were worn. So mind you I didn't even physically have the shoes with me at this visit. Don't you ha e to see the shoe first? I mean, I did absolutely try the shoe on at home. No I didn't wear it 1 time . It's too big. Guess this is the customer service I get and will make sure my kids don't shop here either. They need new management. Not my first go rou d with the lady either in this location"
