"Please pay attention to the negative reviews for the grooming salon. After using multiple PetSmart grooming salons throughout the years, this is by far, the WORST one. They have horrible customer service and their staff is inexperienced. They really need to DO BETTER!"

"I have an English bulldog, and when I tried to book online it said I needed to call and schedule in person. Online, it said my bulldog had to be in a low stress setting and 8:00 a.m. scheduling was the best. I booked my appointment for 8:00 AM so I called back to confirm when I didn't receive a confirming email or text. The groomer told me she didn't know how to groom a bulldog and that she was about to call me to reschedule and that there were no 8:00 a.m. appointments available at all for weeks. The only appointments available were 4:00 p.m. I assume that is the time when another groomer took over. She was very rude and my impression was that she didn't know what she was doing."

"I called to reschedule my pets appointment due to a car accident. I let them know I’d had been in a car accident and that i needed to reschedule her appointment which granted was as scheduled for a little more than 30 minutes from when I called but given everything going on it was the last thing in my mind. I figured it was a good thing to call and let them know I wouldn’t make it for a number of reasons all of which due to the accident. I apologized for the short notice and her response, was to ask me for more notice next time. I fully understand it’s inconvenient to cancel at the last minute but as someone who works with clients I understand life happens. I would never make a client feel bad for needed to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason but especially when they’ve experienced a car accident or had something else traumatic happen in their lives."

"In a great location, close to several other go-to stores (and next to ABC). The store is large, clean, well stocked and has an inviting feel to it. What surprised me the most was its aquarium section. I don't usually pay much attention to those but at this petsmart, it has a pull and makes you want to look at all the fish. I was not there for fish supplies, however, so I made myself a mental reminder note to check it out next time. This location is also nice because it is a bit less quiet and chaotic than others tend to be. Update: 9/15/22 opens up at 8 am. Has a bunch of sales right now. Got a great soccer ball that she can bite without puncturing. Update: 8/18/23. Always has some sales."

"So appreciative of the staff here. They are always friendly and kind when I come in and buy food for my pets! I am especially Thankful for the cashier who saved my sons stuffed animal he dropped it in the store. I can’t thank them enough for the kind gesture! Katie and Thomas keep up the great work as managers and managing a team to be as warm and welcoming as you both are at heart! Signed, a great full pet and human parent."
