Walmart Pharmacy

"I love the way the pharmacy refills my medicine and delivers it to my address. They have done a great job. However with the Christmas/New Years, the delivery would take longer than expected. I told the pharmacist that my mom would pick it up in person, the pharmacist miscommunicated to my mother saying that it was delivered yesterday at my door--it was not. The pharmacist or tech should've taken the initiative to take a few seconds to look for my medicine in the outgoing mail, and given to my mom the first time instead of her driving back to the store. I am not mad, but at least make sure the job is done correctly the first time. I used to work the grocery industry"

"This pharmacy went above and beyond for my family this past week. On Sunday, my toddler was diagnosed with the flu. I recently changed jobs, so we had to pay out-of-pocket as my new insurance wasn't effective until 11/1. The pharmacy tech, Taha, was really helpful and got me a coupon to drastically reduce the cost of the meds. Then on Tuesday, my husband and I were both diagnosed with the flu and my daughter yesterday. Dr. Patel (the pharmacy manager) was so patient and attentive. He helped me get refunded for partial costs of the medications once my insurance (and pharmacy information) were active. For a really exhausting week, this place's wonderful customer service made all the difference to a VERY tired mama."

"Absolutely unprofessional staff, this Walmart pharmacy at Dulles landing used to be good, but now the new staff couldn’t care less. Average wait time for pickup is 2 hours. I would give them zero stars if I could. Please do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy that’s what I will be doing"

"I was patiently waiting for my appointment for my next microchip booster next to the line for the pharmacy. It was a typical busy Saturday with a fairly reasonable line of 4-5 people. The three pharmacist’s were clearly working as fast as they could. Then along comes the well dressed Ultra Karen in line who starts complaining that the line was “too long” and that the pharmacists were working “too slow” and “on purpose just to torture everyone” she stated she was going to leave a nasty complaint. Then Ultra Karen targets me with her laser beam stare and proceeds to tell me that she’s a physician and having to wait was just ridiculous. She also tells me she feels sick and IS NOT WEARING A MASK! Eew gross pretend physician Karen! I attempt to keep my distance and tell her that after working in retail for over 20 years the reason I left was nasty entitled people like herself and she should have more patience for short handed staff. I really hope this helps that hard working team in case Ultra Karen decides to speak to a manager. The team at the pharmacy was great! Job well done especially putting up with people like her!"

"This pharmacy is fantastic, 5 out of 5 star service. Dulles Landing is where I pick up prescriptions for both of my grandparents on a bi-weekly basis. The support staff is always courteous, helpful and quick. The pharmacist is incredibly thorough and takes his time explaining the medications each time I pick up. In addition to all of that, they always seem to be familiar with my grandparents prescriptions. This saves a lot of time as I do not need to explain when calling to ask questions. Thanks!"
