"I found a loveseat in the Gavigan's Westminster store that was the exact color I needed. It had to be custom ordered because they did not have one in stock. I waited almost 10 weeks for it. They would not deliver unless it was paid in full. It was delivered today in mustard color not beige as promised. They refuse to resolve the issue saying it is what I ordered. The picture of the beige color is the one they sold me on. The mustard is what I received. Gavigans keeps saying the tag is the same number but this is DEFINITELY not the color I asked for nor the same color. Both pictures were taken today. The beige one in the store, the mustard one that was delivered. NEVER order custom from Gavigans. They will not refund your money nor work with you on resolving the problem. Only buy what you can see before paying. I feel like a fool for trusting them."

"Went in looking for a couch I saw on their website and Steven was there to give is all the details and showed us a few more to compare it with, he was very kind and professional, not slimy at all, went back a week later to buy it. I liked that they weren't pushy and didn't feel like they were ripping me off like they do in other stores, the manager was also very sweet."
