"Ashley Furniture Home Store Glen Burnie, MD I went to Ashley Furniture with the intent to update my living room with a new furniture set. Tamara was able to show me several display concepts to get the wheels of creativity moving. In the end, she not only fashioned the living room of my dreams, but Tamara also helped me design a plan for my bedroom too! My shopping experience at Ashley Furniture was exceptional! "My bedroom set was delivered yesterday (1/23/24) and the wrong rails were sent. I sent them back and spoke to the warehouse supervisor and was told they would deliver the correct rails the next day. I have not received a delivery time so I called the warehouse. I expressed to the supervisor that I needed the rails on 1/23/24 but no later than 1/24/24 the response I received was the call being disconnected. I called back immediately and no answer. This is unacceptable, since I see other reviews with wrong parts being delivered."
"to days visit was great! Nathan was our salesman at the Glen Burnie location, he was straight forward, very knowledgeable about inventory and most importantly he did not pressure us. My husband and I was interested in purchasing 2 bedroom sets. Unfortunately one wasn't available, but the set that was available, Nathan closed the sale and we were done. Great customer service! Nice young man."
