"We had a wonderful experience bedframe shopping with Mark. He was very personable and helpful, took our restrictions into account, and found us the perfect guest bed that was in stock. He then took the time to show us options for another bedroom set we want to take a little more time to decide on specific needs for. He didn't push us into rushing a decision and was very knowledgeable about our options. We will definitely be back once we've decided on the second set!"
"Mark was the best! He helped me find the best mattress! Check them out for any of the furniture they offer! Just an update, my mattress and bed frame arrived today, but I also ordered a mattress protector and a pillow. Neither of those items arrived the same day as my bed and yet I was just told that I needed to come to the store to pick them up. But suddenly, the items aren't there at the store and would be there Friday. Why tell me now that not all that I ordered was coming, but also neglect to tell me that my items were going to be shipped separately? This place is ridiculous in pricing and they don't tell you anything else that you need to know. What was the point in the protection plan and the mattress cover when I can't even sleep on my bed now!?"
