"Update. After two years, and paying off my furniture, I get another product. I make all my payments. Sometimes it's a couple days late....it's under new management. They call - u tell them exact day and time u will pay. THEY IGNORE YOU. THEY CALL YOU THE NEXT FREAKING DAY, AND EVERY DAY. THEY HARASS U NON STOP TILL U PAY. This is the worst company I've ever seen!!!Why make payment arrangements, when you are going to call anyway? And I'm loyal to a fault. I've bought plenty things from them -they treat me like garbage. I deserve better!!! So do you. STAY. AWAY. ORIGINAL POST.... Horribly slow and understaffed. Had to wait a week and a half (so far!) for 2 day delivery. I called for answers. It's in stock at the store, but I was told i will be called back in the morning for delivery time. I wasn't. I called that afternoon. I was told i would be called back in 5 minutes. Nothing. I called three hours later. Was told I'd have to wait 5 more days! I'M TWO FREAKING MILES AWAY!!! Smdh..."

"Leasing an item online because the deal was better then then the in store deal. They took their money out the same day it's been over 5/7 business days and still nothing. I called the store to see about the products I'm leasing they put me on hold then tell me they don't see my name put me back on hold Then tell me they found my name and due to the weather the truck had not came. In a few weeks I'll have to pay a month payment and won't be able to enjoy the tvs for a full month so now i put out $25 and about to put $100+ this is crazy!"

"Awesome place I have rented and bought about 30 different items from here over the past four years. Of course if you don't pay it off and 120 days they're going to charge you interest that's how they make their money. But if you budget your money and pay it off and 120 days you're going to pay the same amount as you would if you would buy it from a different store and you have 120 days to pay it off so you don't have to come up with all the money at once. They have been awesome and it even goes on your credit if you have bad credit you can rebuild your credit also if you pay everything on time period even when I've been late as long as I call and let them know they have been so easy to work with I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but they tell you from the beginning that there is additional charges if you do not pay it off in 120 days. Would definitely recommend it their Furniture is excellent and if you move they even move it free of charge to your new home."
