"This home depot is home to some of the laziest people I have ever interacted with. Rather than take her hands out of her pocket and change her negative attitude, the manager on duty mind you, I was told to go to another store for something that they should have planned for. They didn't have something on a promotion, so rather than at least seem sympathetic or try and make it right I was met with attitude which I didn't give myself in the first place. So why give it to me? All of yall suck"

"Home Depot approved a credit card to a man that stole my husband’s identity. They charged $7000 and kept sending us the bill even though the police had the video showing the thieves were not him. It ruined his credit report for 6 months. finally after taking further steps they removed the bill. It took 6 months of aggravation and calling to get this cleared up. The police video showed that the thieves did not show a “real ID” but had a doctored one on their phone. We will never go to Home Depot or use Citibank again. We were never able to talk to any Home Depot representative about this!"

"Total cost about $400 for installation. I was told initially it was going to cost about $200, but tacked on an extra not “optional” labor cost for padding and materials. I wanted a sliding door installed after purchasing a door from Home Depot. They still charged me a fee for “measurements”. So stupid. On arrival, Home Depot had already charged me a padding but the installer didn’t have it with him and had to take another hour to go to Home Depot to get it. The installed door was more than an inch above the floor, off center and wobbly. They said I was missing a piece so it’s wobbly but all the accessories were in the box, then it was missing on delivery. They also claim that they can’t install it any lower because of the “header” yet I see half an inch where it could’ve Robin from Home Depot is also rude and lacks some common sense and also she doesn’t know how to spell the capital of a state or the 2 letter abbreviation to collect my credit card info."

"This Home Depot, not unlike other locations, really needs to add indoor shopping cart parking. I honestly cannot count the number of times that I've gone to this Home Depot to pick up a few items, grab them/carry in hands, see some good deals and decide I want more items, and walk the entire store looking for an abandoned cart or flatbed--which I RARELY find. (No shortage of unattended carts and flatbeds full of merch and clogging up the isles though) I'm not going to put what I've already collected away or just dump them in an aisle so I can walk outside and get a cart... I usually end up leaving without buying everything I wanted. Employees don't seem to concerned--they get paid the same regardless of how much we spend. (One LITERALLY told me that)"

"We went today to buy River Rocks. This has always been my go to store for Spring Landscaping. They have a nice garden center with many beautiful plants and flowers."
