"Food- soggy Customer Service-2/5. Was in Drive-thru line, the guy on the com didn’t understand what we wanted; after our order, one of the women gave us the order nicely, but the same guy shut the door rudely after we asked for some sauce (which he did give before slamming the drive thru door)."
"The lady Sofi has the worst customer service I have ever had. Every time I come in, she’s sweet to the Hispanic customers but when I get in line, she is short and nasty. This is the experience I have had first hand and also have witnessed with another customer. I pray every time I come in here, that at least she’s been trained better on how to deal with the public. But this Popeyes location clearly does not care about customer or the experience their patrons are getting at their store. Disgusting"
"No corn bread in the menu, no pilaf rice! Poor communication! They'll charge you for drinks whether you want it or not. Use discretion!"
"The food is standard but they don't put out any napkins, straws or sporks. We have consistent issues with odd charging and issues. This time they charged us wrong and when they asked responded with claims that we ordered a 3 piece and then that we ordered an extra side. When we'd ordered the 4 piece platter with two sides and were charged for a combo with extra sides. They just didn't look at us as we asked about it. It was an odd interaction. It was an obvious mistake and easy fix at another fast food place, its concerning if they are doing this consistently. Previously, they've given us less than the number of chicken pieces and have not wanted to make it right. Just said no when I asked for the correct amount. They also have refused to take coupons in an oddly confrontational way and then relented with an polite questioning and coworker intervention. We try to go to the Elden location and have none of these issues. I don't know if we've just had bad luck but we try to avoid it even though it's very close because the service is so odd."
"Our food was nice, hot and tasty! The staff was helpful and friendly with great customer service. This location was clean. The parking lot doesn’t have too many parking spaces available."
