"Trying to spend my priceless time w my 2 kids. It took about 15 minutes to place my order at Cashier who seems does not know what she was doing. Ordered Cheeseburger with one of them with lettuce wrap (gluten free, no bun). tobe cut half but finally not done. I asked the Cook, why? Instead of apologize profusely, he gave me some attitude which made even more upset. I lost my appetite and mood. So I left. I spent almost $40.00 for 2 burgers, they were not even bothered to cut them half ? The restaurant wasn't even that busy at that time. I missed my meeting due to this incident. I hope they will improve."
"We love five guys and their food, eat there often. It was our first time at this location. I put in mobile order while in the parking lot so walking in I knew we would need to wait for our food. It was a long day, my kids were tired, I was tired. As we walked in the employee gave my kids drink cups and told them to go get something, which was extremely nice and it made my daughters day. Then another surprise- food was ready like almost immediately. I was wowed by the customer service we received. Thank you so much ! Food was great as always ❤️"
"I'm a fan of five guys but in the past few years I've noticed there prices increasing. I used to eat here often but due to prices I've decided to eat there 1 or 2 a year. Food is good but for this price you'd expect no less. Just wish the prices hadn't changed so dramatically. Here a photo of a my lunch for myself."
