"Having come here several times now, I think this place is definitely good, although some of the dishes are hit or miss. I love that the scallion pancake is fried extremely crispy and the special dry noodle is absolutely delicious. The soup dumplings are fairly good, but I haven’t been super impressed with a soup noodle yet, and I have tried four of the soup noodles. They are decent, but nothing that stands out to me like the dry noodles have. Staff is friendly and the environment is very cute."

"Tried Yu Noodle back in March while visiting from Seattle and were wowed by their pork and peppercorn spicy soup dumplings! Add a little vinegar and chili sauce and you’re doing it right. Tonight we were able to visit again and the weather warranted soup, so we did the Chongqing Soup and daily special; Lamb Soup! Both were terrific, especially the Chongqing! Also a favorite are their chili wontons…yum!!! Pair these items with a green onion pancake and you’ve succeeded in satisfying even the most sophisticated tastebuds. Satisfaction! Give Yu a try. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Fresh in house noodles? Yes, please! I know I’m late on the scene here but we’ve recently been exploring Herndon snd heard about this gem. I brought my kids here on a chilly day (best time go eat noodle soup btw), and we had ourselves a grand time stuffing ourselves. First off, the ambiance is neutral, warm, and clean. We walked in and were immediately seated. The waitress was friendly and even made suggestions to which items were popular for kids. The menu has several options with descriptions but I still had a hard time imagining what it would be. We ordered the Chicken Leg noodle soup, the Pork chop noodle soup, and Spicy Wontons. Of course, hot tea to wash it all down with. It hit the spot! Hot broth, soft chewy noodles, juicy chicken meat, crispy and juicy fried pork chop which was plated on the side so it stayed crispy and not soggy in the soup. I mean, that’s thoughtful, is it not? Now, I visit weekly with my family and I’m thrilled to know they have two other locations so that I’m never too far away from some delicious tummy filling goodness!"

"Cozy noodle house. Decors are full of Chinese elements. Service was great. They offer kids bowl and utensils which was awesome. Ordered three kinds of noodles and they were all good. Just wished they used the pea in the 豌杂面,not chickpeas."
