"As a former employee of chipotle I understand that they don’t give as much food to online orders as people that go in get. But the amount of food I just received is unbelievable. Over 50 dollars for a double chicken and steak bowl with a quesadilla and chips (did not even get chips because it was forgot) is ridiculous. Barely half a bowl. Very unsatisfied"
"Don’t ever go to this chipotle if you have a big appetite. They will rob you of half your money like they did to me right here. I finally got home and opened up my fresh burrito bowl and this is the tragedy I open the lid to. This specific chipotle is notorious for doing this, and I will not be going back to this specific one. Save your money and satisfy your appetite somewhere else!!!"
"Every time I order a burrito, it is made as if they squished everything together to where most of the food that is supposed to be on the inside is on the outside?!?! Also, I just ordered today, 10/6/2022, a burrito and got a bowl?!? How is that and why...ordered a side of chips with guacamole, and this is how fresh the guacamole was...see the picture! I thought their motto was everything new?!?!? Almost black guacamole?!?! I am the wrong one...I keep going back, mainly for convenience. I hope this helps you guys make up your mind."
"This is the only chipotle I ever go to and never have problems but had one of the worst experiences ever today. I order my bowl online and picked it up, took it home and sat at the dining table. I start eating and mid way I bite into something really hard, I spit out my food to see what it is. There was pieces of broken glass in bowl…. So many questions! First how does that even happen? Second how is it in my bowl? I’ve never been the one to ever leave a review but this is literally a lawsuit waiting to happen. Luckily I’m someone who chews my food and only bit into it. I could’ve swallowed it or have my mouth cut up. Terrible experience"
