"Avoid this location at all costs. Arrived a few minutes before 5:00 and ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and tea. Half an hour later they were still struggling to get any orders out and didn't have sufficient organization in place to worry about getting the refund for food that I never got despite waiting in the store for half an hour. Very atypical of chick-fil-A, but every good chain has a couple bad locations."
