"Firehouse subs is awesome plain and simple. I have visited this location numerous times with colleagues and alike, for lunches, dinner, meetings etc, and I’ve always had a super great experience! I often order the Ny Steamer, Turkey Bacon Ranch, Cajun Chicken, or Engineer and I’ve had the Firehouse brand Chili and Chocolate brownie. Pro-tip, ask for ALL of the cheeses, you won’t be disappointed. The staff and associates are consistently fun, patient and delightful. More importantly my orders are correct every time. Overall this location is clean and tidy, everything from countertops, drink dispenser, tables, windows and more. I definitely recommend Firehouse Herndon for anyone looking for a yummy bite to eat on the go."
"Very friendly staff. Ordering was a breeze and the lady behind the register was patient waiting on our 4 year old son taking his time telling us what he wanted to order. He was super excited when he was given one of the toy fire hats to wear while he was eating. Ordered off of the $5 mediums list. The wife got a Turkey and I got a Roast Beef. Both of them arrived at our table within 5-6 minutes and were exactly as we ordered. My wife didn't not have anything negative to say about hers and I have to say that the roast beef loaded with everything was quite good. It is easily seen from the road and there is more than enough parking. The restaurant and the bathrooms were both kept clean, with the lady behind the register walking around to clean tables while they weren't busy. I would definitely recommend this location and would return in the future."
