Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill

"Regarding the food- We ordered the crispy chicken burger, bulgogi fries, and the mexican fries. Everything was delicious, the fries did get slightly soggy upon delivery but they were seasoned beautifully. The bulgogi fries were very very heavy. I’d recommend ordering with less cheese, as it can be overpowering. The mexican fries weren’t too spicy and paired very well with the crispy chicken burger (mexican style). The burger was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The only negative was the churros as they did not taste very fresh, and the filling was far too sweet. Regarding the service- The food can take some time, but the seating area is clean and inviting. I had concerns with the cleanliness the previous time I had visited, but the staff seems very receptive to criticism and makes an effort to improve!"

"My husband and I were out on a date night. We were spontaneous and just picked a restaurant on the fly. We ended up at BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill. It was outstanding! My husband ordered the Korean Chicken Bowl with purple rice. He said it was very good, I tried some and he was right! I ordered the Bulgogi Cheese Steak Sandwich. It was over-the-top outstanding! We also shared an order of Mexican Fries, very yummy and spicy! We are so pleased with BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill. The man behind the counter was very nice, he explained a lot the menu to us since it was our first time. We highly recommend BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill in Ashburn, VA. "This place is incredible. I got the bulgogi bowl and kimchi rice and everything was delicious. Two different cashiers asked us if we enjoyed our food which showed they care about their product as well. This will definitely become a regular spot for me."

"I came to Bebop tonight for dinner because I really wanted to try a Korean-Mexican inspired restaurant. The person at the counter was very nice and explained their menu to me and the most popular items. I decided to try one of their bowls since that is what he said they are known for. I got the Bulgogi bowl Korean style. I also added some kimchi because I just love it. The presentation of the bowl was great. At first glance you can’t really tell how much food you really get. Once I starting feeling full, I realized still had over half of my bowl left. It looked like I barely ate but I ate a lot. So you get a very generous portion for the price. The bulgogi was made to perfection. It tasted exactly like bulgogi you’d get from a traditional Korean restaurant. Everything in the bowl was very fresh and tasted great. I’m so glad I tried this place tonight and can’t wait to come back and try some of their other items."
