"My recent visit to this particular Chipotle location was, regrettably, a disappointment on multiple fronts. The service, which one might expect to be brisk and courteous, was markedly indifferent, bordering on discourteous. The staff seemed more engrossed in their conversations than in attending to customers, leading to a palpable sense of neglect. Hygiene, a non-negotiable aspect of any dining experience, especially in fast-casual establishments that pride themselves on quality and freshness, was notably below par. Tables left uncleared for prolonged periods and floors strewn with debris did little to invite or comfort. The food, often the saving grace of Chipotle’s widely respected chain, failed to deliver on its usual promise of warmth and freshness. Dishes that should have been served hot were lukewarm, suggesting a lapse in timing or attention in the kitchen. This oversight not only detracted from the taste but also raised concerns about food safety standards being adequately met. The overall cleanliness of the location compounded the already waning dining experience. From the food preparation areas visible to customers to the restrooms, there was a consistent theme of disregard for cleanliness that could not be overlooked. In summary, this visit was a confluence of missed marks - from service and hygiene to the fundamental expectation of a hot, satisfying meal. It’s disheartening to see such a lapse from a brand that has, in many other locations, set a commendable standard for fast-casual dining. One hopes this review prompts a reevaluation of standards and practices at this location, for the benefit of both the brand and its patrons."

"Worst chipotle ever. Had few online and in store order. Portion are very small. Protein are non existence. Looks like they want to give small quantity so they don't have to cook more throughout the day. Few times protein was missing all together. Would rather drive 10 Mile more to another instead."

"I visited this location several times in the last two weeks. Services was excellent. This evening during my visit, my wife and I observed the worker serving the food cleaning the counter with a dirty and nasty cloth rag. The service was awful. The way they packed the food was very bad. The food covers were dirty. Bad food service overall today. I will never visit this location again."
