"Probably one of the worst red robins I've ever been to. I've come here a couple times and regardless of if they're packed or empty it takes forever for a server to show up and even longer for the food. Over $14 for four small chicken tenders. And good luck getting your "bottomless" fries. It's not that the kitchen is backed up because the food almost always gets to the table lukewarm or cold. I only come here when I get stuck late at the office and traffic is bad. Truly disrespectful. I'd make a fuss but I don't like causing a scene in restaurants and hate to do that to the server. Honestly I wish I could get my money back."
"This particular location has awful, awful service. Hostess did not tell anyone we were seated. We had to go ask for someone to serve us after waiting about 10 minutes. Then the server could not seem to do her job serving us. Spouse got an endless float but waited for a long time before getting a refill, and was then informed that could not get any more because they were going to clean the machine, at over two hours before closing time. We waited a long time for refills on drinks and food. A burger was not correct and a side was not correct. Took a long time also to just get our bill. Sad that service was bad. We won't be back."
"While it took 25 mins for the food to show up and when it did it was prepared incorrectly (asked for no lettuce, it had lettuce). When we went to pay there were charges for items that had been asked to exclude on the pizza. The only saving grace was the waitress she was on top of her game. 9/23/2023 service has gotten better Food was good"
"I've been to several Red Robins in different states. This is a super good one!!! Clean bathrooms.. good prices. Our waitress was amazing!! When I come back to visit VA, I'll come back!!"
"The service is fairly fast and always friendly. I try a different sandwich every time and I've never been disappointed here. Occasionally some of the burgers are a bit salty, but never so much where I didn't finish every single bite. The bottomless steak-fries are always a great value add, but sometimes they can be slow with the refills. Overall, a great experience every time. 4 stars."
