"There’s a list. 1)The employee will regularly leave their coworkers to go eat when there are still customers in line. I’ve watched PAYING CUSTOMERS walk out of the line because the staff can’t keep up with orders. 2)I ordered a tuna sandwich from them recently(12/21/23) and I have been throwing up since 9:30 this morning(12/22/23). I have had to call out of work and won’t be returning to work until after the holidays. I was just informed by a coworker and employee of the establishment that the tuna had been sitting for about 3weeks. 3)I have been double charged on a regular basis because the person behind the register will charge 2 regulars instead of voiding the transactions in general. I’m disappointed and disgusted by this experience and establishment and will NOT be returning for food. As an employee of Dulles airport I hope that I can trust the food I’m being served as I the only other choose is to bring food from home."
"The guy was extremely rude and he did not make the food right he did not put the bacon or anything that was supposed to be on the sandwich and I told him mine and my lady’s order and mine and in the middle he raised his voice and said slow down would not eat here again due to this person"
"I was this morning at Jersey Mike's in Dulles airport, I was surprised to see how busy the place was and how fast the line moved, very clean and very nice place, with very nice employees.. would definitely recommend this place and for its since i will be back again"
"Charging higher than prices listed on the menu very clearly. Not worried about a few dollars but lying and cheating is very disrespectful the clerk only gave me an attitude and pointed to pay without addressing my question about the price difference. After I paid then I realized she also charged me for the big 1L water 4.39$ when I clearly got the smaller one. She double whammed me that sneaky one. Lying cheating people. Airport should have higher quality stores inside. Get them out of here. The giant kahuna steak was 17.88 she charged 18.98"
