"Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at Mirzaan Cuisine in Ashburn with friends. The welcoming ambiance and spotless atmosphere set the tone. Greeted by a friendly receptionist, we were promptly offered menus and drink options. Opting for Karhai dishes – beef kobab, chicken, goat, and the intriguing dynamite chicken, fried fish – the freshness and enticing aroma of the food exceeded expectations. The naans were super soft and perfectly cooked. The attentive receptionist and owner, Rana, ensured our satisfaction. Rana personally checked on us, highlighting the restaurant's exceptional service and customer care. The owner's visit signaled genuine dedication to customer experience. The pictures speak volumes about the quality of the freshly made dishes. To top it off, the owner graciously treated us to ghajjar ka halwa with chai – a delightful surprise. If you haven't experienced Mirzaan Cuisine, I highly recommend giving it a try. Once again thank you Rana and team at Mirzaan for the great experience tonight. We will be sure be returning soon."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our recent visit to USA Virginia, we had the pleasure of dining at this authentic Pakistani restaurant and it was an absolute delight! The flavours were rich and authentic, transporting me to the vibrant streets of Pakistan. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing excellent service and customising some items, especially for kids. I highly recommend trying their biryani and chicken white handi and Karahi, it's a flavour explosion! This restaurant is a gem, and I can't wait to return for another delicious experience."

"Regarding the food- We ordered a variety of items from their menu, and we look forward to review new menu items in the future! The koyla karahi is different than all other chicken karahis in the area. The sauce was smokey, a little too greasy, but delicious. The naan was light and paired very well with the karahi. The chaat, paratha, and puri were very fresh. ***However, I'd recommend to order the mild chaat, as the dish and other dishes can run very spicy.*** The chicken tikka was a smaller portion than expected, however, the spice blend was delicious. Many local restaurants use dyes and/or pre made spice blends, so it's very refreshing to go to Mirzaan. The rocket chicken was seasoned well, spicy, but very moist as well. The chatni given with the chicken tikka and rocket chicken leaves more to be desired, as it does not seem homemade or as flavorful as other items. The chicken chatni roll is on the heavier side as the chicken is wrapped in paratha. However, the filling complimented the paratha very well. Lastly, if you're going with a group a perfect item to order is the fries with garlic aioli! Regarding the service and atmosphere- The host was very kind and transparent with the preparation of dishes. Any criticism was appreciated and applied prior to our second visit. Additionally, the restaurant offers a clean and quiet place to sit with family and friends. I would recommend ordering earlier, as some dishes can take longer, and most dishes are delivered one by one. Lastly, I do hope they make more menus, as there is usually just one per table."

"It’s been a while that I’ve reviewed any new restaurants around and it’s not because we’ve not been visiting new places to try but because we didn’t eat anywhere where food was good enough to be reviewed. All that changed yesterday when we visited Mirzaan Cuisine in Ashburn yesterday. While we were walking we could see the bright and cozy restaurant layout from its large glass window. The restaurant’s simple ambiance made it look elegant. A large dark and golden floor rug on lighter colored floor made the rug stand out. Half the wall looked like its is made out of marble giving that rich feel and the other half exquisitely has like piano style wood work done, qnd leave hanging off the ceiling. It sure gives a very bright and welcoming feel to the restaurant upon entrance. As we entered, we were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. We were handed the menu but we knew exactly what we were going to have for dinner. We inquired if they had Bihari kabab to which they said yes. We got three plates of Bihari kabab which comes along “shahi paratha” (one each with every entree ordered). We ask what else would they recommend and gola Karhai along with biryani were recommended to us. We went an ahead and ordered Biryani. The wait staff was extremely patient with all of our queries and answered all of our questions with a smile. . After a short wait the wait staff brought China ware (not plastic or foam plate) followed by food to our table. The freshly made Bihari Kabab had such an amazing mouth watering aroma as if the Bihari kababs were BBQed on coal grill. Bihari Kabab were garnished lavishly with fresh cut coriander, thinly sliced onions and some chillies and side of chutney. Shahi paratha were served along the Bihari Kabab in a separate basket. As I scooped the spoon in Bihari Kabab it felt like the kababs just melted, like how a hot knife would go though butter. Bihari Kabab were not just smoking hot but extremely soft and moist, grilled/baked (not sure how they made it) to perfection. I put some in my plate and picked the shahi paratha out of the basket. The “paratha” was soft and thick and not overly crisp. I took a piece of shahi paratha and scooped Bihari Kabab in it with smoke still rising from Kabab and dipped it in the sauce to have my first bite. The first bite was took me back to streets of karachi, New Town area in particular and the flavor reminded me of Bihari Kabab I had at Meerut Kabab house. The soft silky texture of meat melted right in my mouth. spices and spice level were perfect and the best part was the smell of coal BBQ flavor and hint of khattai (sour flavor) which took away any need to add lemon having Bihari Kabab in its most original form. While we continued enjoying Bihari Kababs we ordered, a plate filled with Biryani was brought, that we ordered. I added a couple of scoops of chicken biryani to my plate to taste as by then I was almost full. The biryani was fresh and flavorful and had authentic homely taste. I was surprised with the amount of biryani they gave which was plenty. At the end to complete our meal, we got kheer, which was served in clay plates, to end our journey of flavors at Mirzaan Mirzaan is an excellent addition to halal restaurants in Virginia. Though we had just the Bihar Kabab Biryani and kheer, which not just enticed our tastebuds but took us on a trip of bustling flavor, they have many more items on the menu, like their Koyla Karhai, Gola Karhai and club sandwiches, which we will try on our next visits. The servicing size was plenty for both Bihari Kababs and Biryani. Two persons can easily share a plate of biryani and Bihari Kabab both. The service was on point and the staff is courteous and friendly. The food is amazing and I am sure we will frequenting Mirzaan for their flavorful food. May Allah give Barakaat to their business ameen."
