"I just had a pool installed a couple of days ago. The installers were great( Brian and Tyler) However there was a small leak on the light mechanism. When I called to let Burnett Pools know the installers came out very next morning to address it. Turns out it was a defective part. The manger (Willy) went got a new part and came and replaced it. Not to mention he was so helpful with explaining in detail about chemicals, backwash etc. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I now feel confident that I can handle keeping this pool clear. Also a huge shout-out to Nick Mays for keeping in touch with me thru this whole experience!"

"I purchased my pool 2 years ago and the Contractor they had install my pool put pool up and started to fill it and saw it leaking on the outside of the pool before I got all the water in so had to empty the pool to a new liner in it!!! The brand new pump that they installed leaked so had to get another pump and then another pump!!!! Called for service and/or Maintenance appt 3 days ago and haven’t received a call back yet!!! Very unprofessional and chemical and pool supplies very expensive!!! I have a leak in my liner and told by girl at Cortland store, we can order you one , but have no one to install it for you!!!The workers at the Boardman Store are very nice and helpful, wish service department and maintenance were the same. May because I have had issues and they sick of hearing my voice on the recorder!!!!"

"Customer service is lacking with no calls returned at the Cortland location. Had to file a complaint through BBB due to the lack of communication and now being told it's gonna be another 6 weeks for repairs to be made due to lack of staff in Warehouse. Main guy left. Now company wants to give another estimate on work to be completed, when there is one in place. You need to check out distributors before making a purchases!!! Spa was purchased in 2015 through their Canfield business, services were excellent! Repairs are lacking, along with communications!!!"
