"This property understands hospitality and 5-star service. From the moment I checked in, I could tell the place was special. All common areas are well-appointed and clean. The decor is contemporary, while the fireplace on the patio was lit during a snowstorm! Each evening, I dined at their Kensington restaurant, and Zena (server) made each dinner better than the next! Her attention to detail, great suggestions, and wonderful personality make this place special. The bartender Erica knows how to juggle several customers at one time as she makes picture-perfect drinks. While the food is prepared by a classically trained chef. The Chicken Marsala dish was one of his dishes, I had to have it a third time. So kudos to the entire team! I'll be back and know if you stay here, you'll return as well!"

"Beautiful, new, clean hotel. We had our wedding hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott and could not be more pleased. The bridal suite is large and comfortably fit six adults plus our two photographers. The bridal suite has two bathrooms, plus a large countertop with a sink. It was the perfect space to get ready. Jenny Pratt was wonderful to work with and assisted us in the hotel block bookings. The staff passed out goodie bags to our guests that we had made and were friendly and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again and 10/10 recommend!"

"We stayed here during my husband's company Christmas party. We've stayed here 4 years now. The service is friendly, the rooms are good sized, the beds depending on which room you get are comfortable, and the amenities are nice. The last room we were in, the toilet was not secured to the floor. The room seemed to have a bit more noise than usual as well but I know they are not sound proof. Overall, it is nicer than some hotels I've stayed in"

"When I called to schedule multiple rooms for a holiday party, Jenny (in the sales department), was incredibly helpful, quickly identifying the best lodging situation for our group. With the ability to book rooms for groups at the Courtyard as well as at adjacent TownPlace Suites and Springhill Suites, there were a variety of options she could offer. I had a couple of follow up changes prior to the arrival of our group and she managed those in stride: kindly, efficiently, and professionally. We have this party every year and I'm happy to say we will definitely be booking here again!"

"We stayed at the Courtyard Canfield recently when there was a widespread power outage. Brittany (front desk) could not have been more accommodating, kind or helpful to me as I was checking in with three children under two. She made sure that we had a great room, Marriott status was recognized and she helped me unload my car and bring all the baby equipment up to our room. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone coming to town or needing accommodations when in the greater Youngstown area."
