"We traveled here for Christmas and were very disappointed in the hotel. It is very dated and rooms are small. We stayed for 4 nights and never got house keeping once. I had to go get towels everyday from the desk. Our trash was over flowing. I asked at the front desk and the reply I got was “yes, you should’ve gotten it today.” We were told to put the towels in the hall and given trash bags to empty our trash. We will not be back to this hotel as it was not cheap to stay here either. I hope they work to improve these services as it is a prime location."

"Very nice Hampton Inn. We've stayed here several times over the past 18 months. Location feels really safe/secure, easy parking, and not too far from the major interstates. Very dog friendly - the most dog friendly commercial hotel we've been, too. Every staff member has been super friendly and welcoming. Nice options for gas, dining, and coffee nearby. Highly recommend for travelers who need a place to stay with their pet."

"I assume the high ratings on various travel sites are owed to an above average indoor pool, because everything else about the facilities are far past their prime. The staff are great, but the rooms, bathrooms, and furniture are too old and neglected to really keeps clean. Your climate control will be very loud and your curtains won't fully close. I tried multiple rooms. Breakfast was very barebones, but fine."

"Impeccable service, fantastic breakfast, quiet location, but could use some updating. Pros: *Friendly and helpful employees both during check-in and breakfast the following morning. *Location was walking distance from a great local pizza place with drinks. *Many little touches including Hersheys Kisses on the beds. *Great sleep - quiet and comfortable beds *High quality fluffy and soft towels *Ample and free parking *Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of items - attentive breakfast attendant Cons: *the rooms and decor need updating -especially the bathrooms, we dealt with some mold and mildew in the shower *furniture (excluding mattresses) was old With that said, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat due to the comfortable beds and absolutely fantastic service. That’s really saying something, as I prefer contemporary styled hotels."
