I had a late checkin and needed a late checkout, no hoops, no questions just “no problem sir”. The hotel is beautiful, the room was perfect and had a note and little gift for me when I walked in the door. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you."
"1st night was great. Bragged to family about how great this was. 2nd night had an issue. The ENTIRE STAFF, from the VP of Operations (Cody Wyatt) to housekeeping, to the kitchen, to the front desk clerk (Jason)...each & every person went above & beyond my expectations to correct the issue. Stayed a 3rd night....my hubby & I have switched our brand loyalty to Marriott (spe finally Springhill Suites when available). Thank you one & all."
"Nice looking new hotel. Friendly staff. The problem is it's very poorly constructed. Shower door will not close at all, the main door to the hall has to be wiggled to close, and the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation in the hall word for word."
"My stay at this Marriott was awesome! The room was as nice and well laid out as the front desk and lounge area was on the first floor. My clean and crisp room was just what I needed after a long day of flights and driving. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I do plan on revisiting this New Hotel. "Checked in this afternoon and was greeted my Martha at the front desk. She greeted me and thanked me for my Titanium for Life status as a Marriott Bonvoy member. This property is brand new and is nicely appointed with a nice gym, bar in the lobby, inside swimming pool and laundry. The room is very nice and I will probably make this property my home when I am overnight in Youngstown. Martha is extremely service oriented and reminds me of hospitality workers back before the pandemic."
