I came in for a checkup on my new car and without looking or opening the hood I had a broken motor mount and it 1,350 and after fixing it that wasn’t the problem… now they won’t to look for the problem smh no I’ll go to BMW. Don’t go if u don’t want to get ripped off fr."

"I have used Mr. Tire in Buckeyestown for several different repairs on my car. I keep coming back to them because they are professional and have done a great job servicing my car. They are really attentive in listening to me explain my vehicle concerns and they are detailed in make sure I am aware of what they find. I really appreciate them for sharing with me other issues they find instead of just sending me on my way. The tech who worked on my car was great and did a thorough inspection. This is my go place for car repair. I just wanted thank them again for the great service on my car and customer service."

"I am very happy with the service provided at this Mr. Tire location. I spoke directly with Curtis the store manager to ensure all was taken care of. Not only was he responsive and courteous, his employee, Dylan was extremely helpful as well. I lack knowledge of anything dealing with cars, so I had many questions. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, patiently, and quickly! I never felt rushed or like i was just another customer. I will definitely choose this specific Mr. Tire location if I am in need and I highly recommend it to others!"

"I would give them zero stars if I could. This place is a joke. The guy behind the counter was a real piece of garbage. I had three different appointments and they still want me to drop my vehicle off because it's going to take several hours just to get 2 tires put on. Even with an appointment. Maybe because I bought the tires on my own It didn't go through them. I guess I'm not a priority. On top of all that they quoted me $40 a tire on the phone and when I showed up they wanted $150 for everything. Don't go here unless you have a lot of money and time to waste. Nightmare experience before a snowstorm is expected. I just wanted to update... I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment at this location. At the appointment, they told me I would have to drop my truck off for several hours just to get two tires put on and they wanted to charge me $150. I drove 45 minutes to Tim's Tire Service in Eldersburg with no appointment. They put them on within the hour and charged me $60. I had new tires on by 11:30 a.m. for less than half the price. Mr Tire is a complete rip off."
