"Frederick Auto Repair INTENTIONALLY destroyed the engine & transmission of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was perfectly fine with the exception of needing a starter (which is why it hasn’t moved in over a year before bringing it to them) and a catalytic converter to pass emissions. Now my engine is full of water and my transmission has a ton of issues. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!"
"Best shop I've ever been to! Customer service is well above any other place in Frederick. Tom and DJ are 2 of the nicest and most honest people you'll meet. I've had my car in here 3 times in the last 2 years and cannot say enough great things. Service is quick efficient and the guys there are personable, knowledgeable and friendly. You wont find a better shop in the Frederick area!"
