"So, Mr. Tire on Patrick St. in Frederick, Md. is the Absolute Best. Ryan is Awesome Sauce. His Customer Service and knowledge of his craft is commendable. It's very important to me especially being a lady and trusting this young man and his team with the care of my vehicle. "They took me right in and everything was finished fairly quickly, but they claim I need new front rotors. My mechanic has looked at my car and has told me twice it’s my back rotors that are bad… but in order to recheck it’s another $50 to put my car on the lift.. at that point I may as well buy the rotors for front and back. Wish it wasn’t so confusing. I’m going to take pictures of the rotors when they get changed and post them here in a couple days. *** I took rotors back to show them that the front did not need changed, the back did. They said there was nothing they were going to do about it. The man at the front desk was very cocky.. inspector never came out. Man at front desk brought me my inspection certificate and basically asked me to leave. He handed me a piece of paper with the number to the state police. I called. I was told the car should have been inspected again and they were headed over to address the issue. I will never give my business to this place ever again. I do not recommend."
"Called to get new tires and the experience was fast and efficient. They had my tires on and ready to go in just over an hour. Customer service was fantastic, every detail was explained to me and everything made sense. I appreciated the kind customer service and explanation of the process. I’ve gone here twice now for new tires and I’ll be returning for anything my car needs because of the experiences I’ve had. Much appreciated!"
