Yum Yum Hibachi

"Fresh and delicious! Found this little restaurant on google map while my kid was taking a class nearby. It’s definitely beyond my expectation. The ingredients were very fresh and grilled just right. I love the fact that they put good variety of veggies in there. The yum yum sauce was a must try. Plan to visit again and try the spicy sauce. In winter it may be tough to try the sitting outside. But I imagine it would be joyful to sit outside when weather gets warmer."

"What a hidden gem! I only found out about this place through a school fundraiser night. But I’m so glad I went! It’s a small building, so easy to miss if you’re not looking for it. They don’t have indoor seating, but lots of picnic tables outside on the lawn. I ordered ahead of time and picked up our meal at a time of my choosing. The cooks inside were hard at work, but had time to stop and talk with me about my order. He was very friendly and polite. The food was delicious! We got chicken, vegetables and rice bowls, spring rolls, and miso soup. All were very tasty! The bowls were large servings, so I’ll be able to enjoy this for a couple of days."

"Decided to give this a try after seeing some good reviews and was very pleased with my experience here at Yum Yum. The Food: I went with the "Chicken Hibachi Bowl with white rice an all the free toppings." The quality of the chicken was perfect. Cooked properly and were nice chunks of chicken. Seasoned well and full of flavor. I also got a side of "Chicken Karaage" as well. The Karaage was fried well and crispy. The Service: Service was great! With it being a take out spot, I was able to order my meal at the front register and it came out in a timely manner. Staff here were also very friendly! The Atmosphere: The hibachi restaurant is mostly a take out spot, however there are some outdoor tables for you to sit at. But it's basically just a walk up kiosk and ordering type of deal. Overall, a 5/5! Good food that is quality, friendly staff, couldn't ask for more. I'll be back again for sure!"

Specializing in the Japanese cooking method of hibachi, the restaurant’s goal is to provide quick service without neglecting the flavors and quality of their dishes. The menu is all about customization. The three step process allows you to choose a protein, a base and toppings. Sides can also be purchased and consisted of Gyoza and miso soup, just to name a few. I ordered an eggplant bowl with fried rice, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, red onion, zucchini and bean sprouts. To add little kick, I added the spicy yum yum sauce. When I tell you that bowl was deep, it was deeeepp! I couldn’t finish the bowl and ended up taking it home."
