"Unfortunately our long time family van suffered total engine failure recently, which left us in a situation to kind of find a replacement van quickly. We’ve been comparing the Honda Odyssey to the Kia Carnival and the Chrysler Pacifica, which both have a lot more features than the current model of the Honda Odyssey, so we honestly were kind of just stopping in to do our due diligence to rule out the Honda Odyssey. We had checked out both the Carnival and the Pacifica before, so it was the first time seeing the Odyssey in person. We fell in love with it almost immediately. I guess I’m a sucker for the more traditional looking mini van, because, while having less overall features than the other models we were interested in, we could just see ourselves in this vehicle long term. I feel bad because we came kind of late, probably about an hour and a half before closing, and we really didn’t have any initial intention of driving off the lot with a car, but a few hours later we brought home a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey. The staff were all very accommodating, even though we kept them well past closing. Our sales rep, Donny Edwards, was absolutely fantastic. He was very personable and knowledgeable on the inner workings of the car, as well as the whole process. He made sure we were comfortable, as well as our kids, throughout the whole process. I’m really happy we ended up just “dropping in” and ending up being helped by Donny. "Edit: 9/16/23 reduced to one star. Again today there is a car without handicapped permit in the handicapped space. Photo attached and PD notified Overall good experience purchasing my new car 2024 CRV. Sarah was great My only big issue at hand is employees parking in front of the showroom where the customers should be parking and their cars (Mazda and other cars) blocking a handicapped space directly in violation of ADA regulations and state/county law. My disabled mother had to walk a long way due to their ignorance. Was reported to employee at the dealer while I was there but nothing was done. Also this violation of Ada regs will be reported to the proper authorities. Btw don’t respond with some copy and paste response if someone wants to talk to me about the issue they have my name and contact information already."
