"DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!! They charged us $110.00 just to tell me I need a wheel alignment, mind you they didn’t fix anything that was just for him to drive my car for 10 min!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service as well!!! If I could give zero stars I would have!!!"
"PLEASE BEWARE! I highly recommend you DO NOT bring your car here for service. Alex the only mechanic on staff is first of all very unprofessional & gets really nasty when you ask about part prices. I bought my car in because my windshield wiper wasn't working. He quickly informed me that it'll cost $90 for him to diagnose the issue. I said fine no problem and then he (Alex) looked at it and told me that I needed to put up a $400 deposit so that he can order a $540 part that he was calling a " body modular system " and quoted me $753 to fix the problem. Well I did give Shell the $400 deposit only to learn the next day shortly after receiving the part that I didn't need the $540 "non refundable" part and all that was needed was cleaning of sticking relays? No parts required, but I was still required to pay Shell the $753 before releasing my car. Because it took Alex a day and a half to find the simple fix. He's also suggested to me on a previous occasion that he's able to pass my cars md inspection "if you know what I mean" This guy if he really has a license treats it as a license to steal. PLEASE BEWARE!"
"Had my tire plugged there. Dave is friendly, did a great job and got me in and out quickly. Other places wanted to replace the tire or take it off rim and do a patch for $$$. Glad to have found this place."
"Called to inquire about MD State Inspection and was told that I didn't need to make an appointment and the fee would be $75. When I got there at 3 PM I was told that it couldn't be inspected this late in the day because they closed at 5 PM and the fee would be $125. I've never had a problem with them in the past when I had my other vehicle inspected and also I had them replace my tires."
