I went there to have my old deflated tire patched, but I ended up buying two used tires (almost new) for a very reasonable price with installation included. They’re fast too. I left there in no time. "No drama, professional, fair prices. Michael knows his stuff, I recommend them. got my truck tires replaced , two other shops in the area couldn’t do it because the wheels are not stock, etc etc. When I called Dominion to make an appointment, he said bring it in now. Nice! Also, I mentioned I had coursework to do online so I didn’t mind waiting. When I got there I noticed he set out a computer for me at the table in the waiting room. It warmed my heart. So did the way he handled this other customer who had a very complex issue that he handled so delicately. The mechanic working on my truck asked me what my preference is about which side to face the tires outward. Impressive!!!! Thank you for that!"

"DAMAGE!! I really didn’t want to make this review but at this point I can only assume this place is garbage To put it short the service initially was great, I assume if no damage occurred this would have been a perfect experience however this shop has not been answering my calls and is only willing to “fix” the problem if I do it their way, completely unwilling to provide details, purely unaccountable. Read below for a more in depth story. To start off, I came in as a walk in to have 4 tires installed (brought to them by me) on my car. They were super friendly over the phone and started working on the tires almost immediately after I got there. Fast forward to the end of the service, the employee who was reinstalling the wheels onto the car dropped the front left of the car off the Jack with the drivers door open and crushed in the bottom of my door. The “manager” Michael immediately informs me of this and tries to “fix it” in the parking lot but determines it needs to be fixed by a body guy. Michael requested that I bring the car back so “his guy” and pull out the bottom of the door. In the meantime I received 4 professional opinions stating this damage could not be pulled, that the door skin would need to be replaced and repainted, I attempted to call and voice my concerns about how they were going to repair my car but the manager refused to give any actual detail on the plan or where the car was going to go. I have attempted to call back several times as I would prefer to take it to a trusted shop (I respectfully cannot trust to leave a 30k car with a shop that can’t even provide simple detail) but at this point the manager is not taking my calls. I am currently looking into legal options but at this point I’d say this place is a mixed bag, most of their reviews are solid but they are seemingly unwilling to take accountability when they mess up unless it means doing it their way which is not up to par"

"Michael knows his stuff! I feel he's honest, fair and friendly. He got my crusty old 2004 Toyota Highlander (308K plus miles) to pass emissions inspection after a full tune-up and finding a used air intake cover to replace the old one that was cracked. I will be going back to Michael and crew to keep my old Toyota buggy on the road...I'm going for half a million miles!"
