"Took my van here for warranty repair service. Was told I needed a new radiator. They allegedly replaced the radiator and charged name extra on top of the what warranty covered and van still overheated. Took can to dealership and was told that I needed a new radiator. When I explained to the dealership that the radiator was just replaced under warranty the dealer showed me radiator and explained it had never been changed and was leaking. This shop lied and claimed they installed a new radiator and nothing was done. Stay away!!! Your reply makes no sense. The whole reason I sought a mechanic and the only reason I came in was because the car was overheating. Now you say I never mentioned it? Also you say my vehicle was “smashed in” I have pictures and documentation of my car before and after for various different reasons and the only “damaged” part was a plastic piece of the radiator support and your saying you charged extra because of this well why wasn’t that repaired? You charged extra because it was smashed in even though I was only charged for changing the radiator? I did contact you after the service and that led to no response. You should just take this “L” and this one star and deal with it."
