"Is old shop is a great auto shop in Laurel anyone that need a car fixed and do not have they have a program will help you out to pay for your repairs I never seen a shop like this I was introduced to this shop by riding past one day and watching this shop open up on the grand opening the owner our great-great-great guy his name is a jazz check him out I give this shop very clean wheelchair access coffee tea and snacks while you wait for your car Oso Wi-Fi cable TV restrooms"
"This is the 4th time I've taken one of my cars to him for service or repair, every time its been a great experience as far as car repairs can be. This time it was a difficult to trouble shoot electrical problem, it took a few days but they didn't give up on me and found the problem. The charges were very reasonable, I believe at least 30% of what a dealer repair would have cost me. Honest and fair work is what you can expect from them."
"A week ago, my husband was discharged from the hospital. We live in northern VA, and had to drive from Baltimore to get home. On the way, something fell off another vehicle and hit my car. The rear right panel including the wheel wall came away from the body and was resting on my rear wheel while we were going 60 mph on 95. I pulled over, and we managed to temporarily fix the damage with a bit of string, then we drove to the nearest mechanic with excellent reviews which turned out to be Excel Auto Center. They immediately took my car back and put it on a lift. They removed the wheel and did the repair, then took me back to show me what they had done. The work looked so clean and professional, and once they had the wheel back on, other than the scratches, you wouldn't be able to tell that less than an hour before the panel was literally hanging on by a string. The cost to repair my car was incredibly reasonable too. They were professional, honest, courteous and fast and we couldn't be more thankful for their immediate assistance."

He also has wonderful customer service and builds great rapport with his clients. If anything is ever wrong with my vehicle I’m taking my car to Excel Auto."
