"This was one of the best bagels I have ever had. It was perfectly toasted on the outside but soft on the inside. The flavor was perfect. It was loaded with cream cheese and butter, which is how I like it! The coffee was delicious. It was just what I needed! If you're in Hudson, this is definitely the place to go. "I think my favorite aspect of Hudson Bagel - other than the incredibly fresh and delicious bagel breakfast sandwiches- was that the vibes here great. My boyfriend and I found this breakfast locale through GoogleMaps on our way to the Catskills. As soon as we walked in, fun funky R&B was playing at a loud but not too loud level. The employees seemed like they liked their jobs, they were professional, polite, and cheerful yet also cool and casual. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Still piping hot when it was served to us. And the place was busy but not swamped. We will be back!"
"Tried the New Yorker breakfast sandwich with a hash brown on an everything bagel for my first time here. I really enjoyed what I got and the customer service was great. Would recommend trying it out, I noticed they even have options on their menu for lunch!"
"Friendlist staff around! Made the experience great. The bagels were awesome. The dee (egg white, avocado, pepperjack) on everything was delicious. I also tried the sesame bagels and they were spot on. They had a good crust and bite but soft inside. Off the beaten path in Hudson but well worth the visit."
