Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Worst experience at Applebee's ever. We normally go to Kingston. It was a Hugh mistake. First our drinks alone took 1/2 he to reach. They forgot my granddaughters. Then the ordering. My daughter order a salad no tomatoes there was tomatoes in it. I didn't complain on this. 3 of my party order all you can eat. My daughter had to send back the riblets. My husband and my son in law order shrimp first. Then 2nd was shrimp. My so in law order riblets. Never received 2 of my party order all you can eat bone on wings. They only resived one. At this point we were beyond upset My granddaughters Mac and cheese was mushy. Againy granddaughter was left out for her chicken nuggets and fries. Not sure if it was a manager or another server was trying to help. I asked why the long delay. I'm sorry Mama I am the only one covering area. So on leaving I did get a order of shrimp to go. The others who order All you can eat were mad and didn't want to complain. Are bill we paid cash didn't get a receipt to take home. I even gave the correct amount a tip should be. I am writing ow instead of right away I got sick and was in the hospital not to do with this Applebee's is a special spot in Kingston on 2-4-21 we were at the restaurant as a family on 2-8-21 I lost my daughter so this was the first time since that date we were all there as a family. So I wanted the 12th to be great. It was not."

"Stood at the wait to be seated sign for about 15 minutes with my kids and no one even came and acknowledged we were there. Very few customers there 7:30 on a Thursday night. Bartender looked up at me probably 3 times and just ignored it. Kids finally said we could go and just get fast food. Guess I should actually give them 5 stars. Saved me a lot of money on the same quality of food..."

"Usually have an okay time here. Tonight we waited 15 minutes to be sat and/or acknowledged. We were seated by the bar. Our waitress brought us our drinks and appetizers and then didn’t check in on us at all afterwards for more drinks or to see if there were any issues with our food. I ordered the chicken fajita roll-up and there was no pico de gallo. Another staff member brought us our dinner. By the time she had finally come back around, we had finished our meal. I asked her if my wrap was supposed to have pico de gallo in it and she quickly answered no. We eat here pretty regularly and tonight was very disappointing."
