"I stopped in yesterday evening to see about a pair of boots... the ones I have seemingly failing to keep the damp and cold out... the selection is narrow, but quality... which also translates to expensive. they did not have my size in the boot I thought might work for me, BUT... Serena (hopefully spelling that right) was SO kind and actually sprayed my boots for me to help keep the water out. this is what customer service is all about. Gold star."
"Every time I’ve been in, the customer service is just horrible. The salesperson scoffed at me when I asked to try on a pair of shoes. And then immediately after I put them on, she asked “are you gonna buy those?” in a very demeaning tone. I hate to give local stores bad reviews but this is a repeat example. I thought it she was just having a bad day the first time, but she’s acted the same, berating way for 3 visits. It’s no way to treat customers."
