"This location has been 'my' go to pharmacy for years. But they have been closing at random times, and no longer open on Sundays. I understand there is staffing shortages, but given that Walgreens is major chain, I would think that there would be accommodations for those needing pharmacy services during off hours. Perhaps all medications in the queue are automatically directed to an open Wslgreen's?. Or at least a heads up that the Pharmacy will be closed (and maybe if it's randomly closed) try and be open on the following Sunday. There are sorts of rules with medications these days, I get that, but having an unreliable point of purchase seems to be breaking the claimed "Your go-to for Pharmacy, Health & Wellness" company statement."
"Never have had any problem in this store before, the store people are always very kind, especially in the pharmacy. But today was the worst experience I have had in this store. I went to pick up my prepaid order from the store. The cashier lady was extremely rude, and I didn't even get my complete order. The pharmacy is fine, but I'll think twice next time before going to the regular store. I do not take kindly to the treatment I received today, and IF I ever pickup another prepaid order in the store, I will check it before I walk out the store."
