They should not cheat customers who shop at their stores. Either follow and give the discount you have printed on the labels, which is buy 2 and get the third one free, or reprint the labels buy 2 and get the third one discount price. Please check your receipts if you buy anything that are on special."

"I like H&M and often shop at their stores. This store is doing better now with wider selection. The clothes are in good order and easy to shop. But they need to work on their service at the cashier. I received nicer and warmer service at the store in crossgates mall. Today my kid refused to take off the top (she excitedly put on herself) and I had to let the cashier scanned the tag while my kid was wearing it. And the cashier told me coldly "Next item has to be taken off." Without saying please or anything in a polite way. And She gave a cold look too. I know I was spoiling my kid But Mom needs a break too. She could at least say please. I shopped at the store a few times before and I never received warm service at the cashier. Go to the one at crossgates mall."
