She explained the sales that are going on and laid out everything in great details. Sophia was very friendly and courteous. She showed so much care for what I needed to find and be satisfied of anything that I buy. She even offered me if I wanted a bag where a lot places now don't even bother asking if a customer wants a bag. This place is lucky to have an associate of her standards."

"I went in Jan 2, 21 to check out the sales after Christmas. Found two great tops at 60% off of already marked down prices. That all was great! The woman helping at the dressing room was attentive and polite. The woman at the cash register, Melissa, was not as courteous. She was not listening to me as I expressed I didn't have or want a store account. She then asked if I wanted a bag, and I replied no. After the transaction was complete, she went to hand me a bag. I said I didn't want one and she shrugged. After walking away I noticed a 5¢ charge for the bag I didn't want. Yes it's only 5¢ BUT she was not listening to me and as a customer, I was extremely annoyed that she didn't care."
