"This is the second time I went to the store when they said they were open and no one was there . Three of us stood out there at 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. before we left and you still aren't open . how about your update your website to reflect the real hours. you still say you're open on Mondays but at the store it says you're closed. if you're short on workers why aren't the managers opening the stores."

I cannot possibly say enough about their customer service especially Evan. He, as well as the other employees, always manage to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. They meet and exceed expectations."
