"Only shop here if you have no other options for swim gear. We placed an order with The Deep End at a swim meet where the owner had set up a table. We needed a new team suit, and she assured us that the size we needed was in stock in the store and that we could stop in the next week to pick it up. When we called to see if we could come pick it up, we got told that the suit was not there and that they would have to order it. I called each and every week thereafter and was told some version of "we're still waiting for it to arrive, but it should be here by the end of the week. We will call you when it comes in." No calls ever came. I was the one that had to keep following up. Every time I followed up and I got the exact same run around. I followed up every week for 5 weeks and only after I lost my patience the last time that they told me it "should be here next week" did it actually finally come in. My son had to swim in three meets without the team suit when he shouldn't have missed a single one based on what she had told us to originally. She also charges exorbitant prices on literally everything in her store. We can't help but feel that she takes advantage of being the only swim shop in the area. Very disappointed and we will only shop here if there's absolutely no other option in the future."

"Jill and Martha saved the day!! Today my daughter forgot her swim bag for a varsity meet. I ran over to the store, quickly left with a new team suit, goggles and a cap, and still made it to the meet before warmups were over. Very helpful and friendly owners, & large selection of top names. Great store!!"

"This is a small swim store that caters to the competitive athlete. They carry everything from practice suits, caps, goggles to swim team competition suits. The staff here is very knowledgable & friendly. When my daughter started swimming competitively, I needed to purchase the team competition suit. These suits come in European sizes & I had no idea what her size was. The sales lady there was able to look at my daughter & knew her size immediately! I love this store!"
