"My husband bought me a gift certificate at Kimberleys for Christmas by mistake, as I have been working with a particular masseuse at another spa. After explaining what happened to Kimberleys staff, they graciously refunded our money. Speaks volumes to their professionalism & care they have for their customers. Thank you!"

"I had such a lovely time at Kimberly’s! It was so relaxing and beautifully decorated for the holiday. Every provider I’ve had has been so lovely. Last night I was with Keely for a facial and she was absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait for my next facial with her!"

"For my daughters 14th birthday I booked massage appointments for myself and her online, on her actual birthday. I chose Kimberly's as her first spa experience. What a mistake! When we got there the therapist said they don't do massages on anyone under 16. I informed her that when I booked online the form asked if she was a minor and I selected that she was. I received multiple confirmations of our appointments via email and text and never once did anyone mention that minors weren't welcome. The front desk wasn't helpful as they couldn't find any consent forms to fill out and our 2 therapists were having a disagreement about whether she could have the massage. One said I was giving consent and the other was insisting on an actual form. It created quite the uncomfortable situation for myself and my daughter and all but ruined her first spa experience. She felt like she wasn't welcome and thought it was awkward to get a massage from someone that didn't want to provide her service. Ultimately they agreed to have me fill out a "consent" on a blank sheet of paper and proceed with the massage. No one knew how to handle this situation which is odd since the online scheduling specifically asks if the client is a minor. I will not be returning to Kimberly's for any services and will try to get my daughter a real spa experience elsewhere in the future."

"I hate to leave such a poor review, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant first experience at Kimberley’s this past weekend. My best friend, a new mother of a 6-month-old, was gifted a Treat for Two experience for Mother’s Day from her husband, who wanted us to enjoy a relaxing, spa day together. Upon arrival, the entire building was freezing. Granted, it was an August afternoon, but it was an uncomfortable chill that traveled throughout. I noted a few employees wearing thick sweaters and cardigans. This was not a relaxing welcome. Nearly immediately, we were told there was an issue with our appointment (which I booked at least a month in advance, per their recommendation, and ultimately confirmed over the phone just two days prior). The system had my friend’s name mixed up, but the booking also did not include one of two promised pedicures. For at least 15-20 minutes, there was back and forth between us, the receptionists, and our nail technicians as they had no idea how this happened, how to proceed next, and whether or not we’d be receiving the services we asked for. Now, we’re a little tense and annoyed. Regardless, we had our manicures first, followed by our massages. I was whisked away to my massage quite quickly—but not the best idea. My nails were seemingly still wet as the polish came off right away when I put on a robe. I eventually had to get them fixed afterward—again, not relaxing. I looked at them in better lighting at home, and noticed the double coat was not even covering the entire nail on any of my fingers, causing them to look peeled, or streaked. The next day, two chipped completely off. The two stars I’ve given here are purely for the wonderful, kind, warm, gentle person, who was our masseuse, Cat. My friend and I, at the very least, loved our massages. Cat was so sweet, informative, and attentive; Cat walked us through every step, asked of our wants to provide a service catered to our needs, and created a comfortable environment for us. Later, Cat even demonstrated and recommended a stretch for me (that I began using the next day!). It’s worth noting that Cat must’ve also known how cold it was inside—both my friend and I expressed how much of an ice block our hands and feet felt the entire time, but Cat assured us the massage beds were (thankfully) heated. To try and make up for such a disorganized and stressful experience, the front desk offered us a small gift bag and ensured we’d be able to receive a pedicure upon our next appointment with the remaining balance of the gift card. While we appreciated the gesture, we still left feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. These oversights may seem small, but when they’re expensive, highly anticipated, and you make the 3-hour trip to visit (in my case), it feels underwhelming."

"Had a $50, oh I mean $65 anc 2 hour manicure that started to peel within hours. Came next day to show them. I really did not want them fixed, it never looks right. Did not ask for my money back either. Really I would have settled for a credit of some kind. Everyone there is very kind and tries to help. Place is clean. But bad policy. I did not know it was $15 to remove anc and it had to be a separate service. Therefore that put her behind and I think she rushed. Nail prep was great. Anc execution was bad. Not worth the money. We will see how long fix lasts. Editing my review as my repair looked worse. Everybody is so friendly there. Maria offered me a facial instead, can't wait! I do appreciate the great customer service! Update: Just had my complimentary classic facial with Vikki and it was amazing! She was wonderful, highly recommend!!"
