"Don’t choose this Clinic if they are so insensitive to human who can talk image how they will treat your pets . Read it again and then choose if you gonna be there . I will not recommend this place to anybody not today not in future, I regret to inform you that my recent experience at this establishment was markedly unsatisfactory. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was delayed by a mere two minutes. In an effort to be courteous, I promptly communicated this slight delay to your receptionist. Initially, I was assured that this would not be an issue. However, upon my imminent arrival, and after being placed on hold, I was informed at 5:59 PM that I would need to reschedule. This interaction took place in the parking lot, after I had traveled a considerable distance from Clifton Park to Troy, following a lengthy workday. The lack of flexibility and understanding shown in this instance raises concerns not only about the professionalism of your staff but also about the overall approach to client service within your establishment. Given these circumstances, I am compelled to express my disappointment and advise others to consider this experience when making their own choices regarding your services."
"The vets who work here are all excellent. Sometimes you may feel more attached to one but it difficult to make an appointment with them, fear not, all of them work together and care equally for their patients. I read other reviews that criticized the support staff of this location and all I have to say is that everyone who works here is doing their best every day. They clearly see many people every day and serve many community members and they are doing an incredible job on top of it. Very reasonable prices as well. Most competitive pricing in the area so it is affordable to as many pet owners as possible. Truly a very caring practice. And worth your time."
