"I have living at Avalon Property site is amazing, not only the building is beautiful and has all the amenities one needs, the maintenance team and office staff are all awesome, they have great positive attitudes, kind, friendly and go beyond when needed. Work orders are done in a timely manner and clean up after themselves when done, always ask if there is anything else need to take advantage while in the unit. They are always very pleasant and it's so nice to be told good morning and have a nice day. Over all awesome team of employees! :)"

"Been living here for about 2 yrs... When first moved in nice. Great people and great staff. Over time the care and personal feel has been erased by rude, problems not being taken care of, no winter parking do to BAD plowing, Pool cold till July 4th cause it took months before looking at heater then months to fix. Really seasons half over. People in property drive like its Daytona, don't stop at any stop signs, This even goes bigger when you find that Corporate and Legal don't care about the residents...Find a better place to live...AVALON do care about you..They care about rent"
