"I was just getting my covid booster shot so I didn't get a chance to shop around since I had a bus to catch a few minutes after my shot."

"So, because the other store closed early that was up the street ($GEN), I happily went to CVS and spent my hard earned money here. Janice was very nice and friendly and smiled. I got what I needed and left quickly - A most wonderful experience all over."

"This is the 4th time I have had a prescription called in and it either takes 7 hours to refill it or 24 hours. This has never happened before and they don’t have a reason why. Going to leave this place."

"If my insurance took another pharmacy I would so go. I’ve been having a bad tooth ache and can’t see my dentist being they are on a 6 month waiting list so I was given two scripts to be filled for an infection and pain if I had any. Took this pharmacy almost 4 weeks to fill the pain meds and it’s no use just getting the infection meds when I need the pain ones with it. Finally got my meds and had to pay out of pocket because they screwed up somehow with my insurance and now the issue is back again. Once again they filled the infection meds but somehow 2 weeks later still processing the pain meds. What gets me is the fact they don’t even check on your meds until you start calling asking why it’s taking so long when they should be letting customers know since they don’t know if we need it or not. It’s so bad I also ended up paying for another customer diabetic meds because they were gonna have her continuing to wait knowing those are meds that kept her alive. I feel as though they just hire anyone because it should not take 4 weeks for medication"

"Always a problem at the pharmacy. My prescription has never been ready when they say. Literally zero times. So I was not surprised today when I arrived and it wasn't ready. I got the typical "wait 15 minutes" that I'm used to with them. So I wait, and go back to the counter in 15 minutes. Now they have my prescription but can't give it to me because they don't know how much to charge me for it?!!! I didn't have my insurance card on me, and this is the first time I've been asked to provide it to pick up this prescription, which is a refill. So now I waited around, and had to leave without my medication."
